When a parcel comes to our office, the girls get so excited, they nearly mull each other getting to the door in hopes that it is theirs! Today, I casually walked over and picked it out of their flailing arms, because today it was for one for one of my brides (score!!).
Marlene & Chris picked out 2 amazing photos to have in their home as Wall Art (see their ceremony here).

I keep pumping the Ginger Spice tea into my system, hoping that, the ginger and the spice combined will create a
‘pick me up’ effect.
Still waiting.

(proof to you, that it is that bad)
I can feel my lymph nodes… I think there are bigger than normal.
I like to think that I have a phenominal immune system..
But even the best soldier doesnt stand a chance against a massive army.
Thats right internet,
I am sick.
The winter sickness that every one seems to get,
well it got me.
I would like to give a round of applause to the world, to those who are sneezing, coughing, sniffing…
Because you brought down a strong strong immune system.
You won.
Not even the multi vitamins that I take, could hold you back.
In all seriousness, Well done!
But next year, be on your guard… because I am bringing it to a whole new level!
Wheat grass pills, Multi vitamins, An apple a day… oh and there is so much more!

In other news, something that really cheered me up today……

Christine and Derek had their wedding in Lethbridge and spared no detail!
They are beautiful people, inside and out. And now they have canvases to match!

As a little girl, I was full of energy. I loved to dance. Loved it.
I would make up dance routines and performe them for the family.
I would wear little black tights and a bathing suit over-top(and sometimes I would put it on backwards,
just so it would be more ‘pretty’… at age 7??)
(hey, give a gal a break… it was the closest thing I had to looking like a dancer).
I would dance my little heart out.
Splits.
Leaps.
Somersaults.
Jump Kick.
Hand stands.
Kartwheels.
Jump of piano bench.
I did it all.
Once I completed The Routine the house would be in dissaray.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
That is what happens when I get an album.
I bust a move.
and I am not talking about a little hip circle (just kidding Radelle).
No but seriously… I bring it all to the table.
Whether or not I have an audience.
Matt has witnessed this event.

When Matt and I got our engagement photos done by Radelle The Great (thats what I call her..),
I tossed and turned about what to do with all these amazing photos….
I seriously considered having WALLPAPER (whooaa, thats a blast from the past) made with our engagement photos.
That way I would have them all out on display.
But Matt VETO’D that.
I considered framing every single picture, but again,
Matt veto’d that idea…
He said something about not wanting 100’s of eyes staring at him BUT he did agree to having a few up on the wall.
men will be men.
I really struggled on what to do with these photos… I LOVED THEM so MUCH! And I wanted them to be seen…
I didn’t want them to stay on a DVD and be forgotten about (especially when the wedding photos came along!).
They were a Treasure to me. and still are.
And then it came to me. When I was planning my wedding.
I didn’t want the typical guest sign-in book. I wanted something unique… something FABULOUS!
When planning my wedding with Radelle, I was telling her about my dilema- with the guestbook and the engagement pictures.
At that precise moment, we looked at eachother and we both were thinking the EXACT same thing. We do that alot.
Sometimes I think we came from the same womb at the same time. And that its this big family secret…
Ok, I see I am going off topic here.
Back to the moment where we were thinking the EXACT same thing.

A Magazine Style Album
with the engagement photos in it, but leaving room on each page for guests to sign.
Boy oh boy, let me tell you. It was a hit! Everybody loved it. but even more, I LOVED it. It is a book I will always keep close to my heart,
because it has pictures of the one I love combined with everybodys best wishes and kind words.
It really love it a sick amount. I really mean a disgusting amount.
to the point where I almost snuggle with it at night- maybe Matt should have re-thought his veto’s.
So to all the amazing brides of 2010, 2011, 2012—- 20(infinite). We are now making this available to you.

When I was a teenager, I was allowed to go to co-ed church dances.
But there was one rule. No Full Circles With Your Hips. none. It was “skanky” as my mother said.
My brother, being just 18 months older then me, and in the same group of friends…kept a watchful
eye to see if my hips were being obedient or not. One time he busted me. “Thats a full circle!!”
he screeched in front of all my friends and potential beaus. If I could have sunk into the gym floor and
slithered away to the door & back home, I SO would have. I got busted doing the FULL CIRCLE.
No one else even knew it was forbidden <by my mother>, not God. I picked up my chin, got a
sassy glint in my eye, tossed my fried bleach blonde hair over my shoulder and said “It was NOT a full circle.
It was 2 Half circles, with a brief pause in the middle”. He had no words. HA!
Everytime a Bride’s album arrives at our office. I do the dance. the full circle. with spirit fingers.
