| Blush Pink Luxury Devonian Garden Wedding |

A gorgeous sunny day. Beautiful blue skies. A bride so calm on the morning of her wedding. She knew she was making one of the best decisions of her life. She was going to marry her best friend.
They have traveled the world together, hand in hand. They are each others soul mate. They are meant to be together.

Stephanie and Lennart are the kindest two people on earth. The love that they have for each other is undeniable.
Their lovely wedding ceremony was at Devonian Gardens just outside of Edmonton. Always a gorgeous backdrop for photos.

These two lovebirds opted to have a first glance prior to the ceremony. The first time Lennart saw her, tears came to his eyes- but he came prepared with tissue. This moment between them gave me goosebumps.

The reception was held at the Union Bank Inn in Edmonton. Blush pink details and gorgeous decor set the mood for a flawless evening.

Devonian Gardens & University of Alberta Faculty Club Wedding Photography

Caroline & Adam’s wedding was incredibly flawless. This was partially thanks to Caroline’s amazing taste, and partially thanks to her amazing wedding planner Julia from Once Upon Your Day. With rain clouds looming & threatening all day, we totally lucked out and the only time it really rained was in between photo locations when we were driving. Caroline’s dress took my breath away when I saw it & I loved that she had two veils! A more traditional veil & a stylish bird cage veil. Her color palate was gorgeous & the bridesmaid dresses from anthropologie gave the wedding a fresh, unique look. The ceremony took place at the ever romantic Devonian Gardens, and we were fortunate to use that stunning back drop for their wedding photos as well.

You two, I had such a fantastic day with you. Thank for enduring the slightly chilly weather & for following all of my pose promts to a “T”, you are both fantastic & lovely people.

Vintage Victoria BC Engagement Session

This gorgeous engagement session was styled by the oh-so-lovely Jessica from Petite Pearl Events!!
She is a exudes professionalism and talent.
It was an honor to be able to work with her on this session. I have been wanting to for awhile.

I cannot say enough good about Jessica…

Laine + Marty are getting married in Italy next August. So us three girls (Laine, Jessica & myself) had a wonderful time discussing the trip to Italy that we all will be embarking on.
I am sure it will be a ball.

We shot in the Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse in Victoria BC... It made for the perfect venue on a gloomy day!
The ladies at the Sea Cider were so accomodating!

The fabulous florals were done by Verbena Floral Design… everything they create is pure lovelyness! I am always amazed at their floral designs!
Its always so new and fresh.

Devonian Gardens Wedding Photographer {Heather & Darren}

Darren & Heather are such an adorable couple. They met years ago at work, and Heather’s first impression of Darren was not in his favor. As time went on & she got to know him, her feelings changed. Quite a bit. (wink)

They stood under the hot July sun and said their vows surrounded by the incredibly beauty of the Devonian Gardens. Their wedding was hot, but lovely. As Heather approached the aisle, which was tucked into a beautiful private corner of the gardens, Darren let out a loud whistle. He later said that it was either whistle at her, or bawl like a baby. It was adorable. We took their wedding photos in the incredible gardens and in some back alley ways in the town of Devon. It was a fantastic day surrounded with friends, occasional cool breezes and a confident love.

Maryann & Leonard. Devonian Gardens and church wedding

Maryann & Leonard had the most lovely wedding in downtown Edmonton, at the ever loved St Joseph Basilica. Their formal wedding photos with those they love the most were taken at Devonian Gardens, just north of Devon. The evening was an incredible amount of fun with great speeches, cake cutting, and the traditional money dance. I had a lovely day with these two sweethearts!
